Custom embroidered sweatshirt made from a cotton blend with a soft brushed inside. Dropped shoulders, long sleeves and ribbing around the neckline, cuffs and hem.
My parcel arrived. It appears to be of good quality. It got here in the end but I think some improvements could be made with communication processes.

I have not received the item I have purchased in November. The parcel is untraceable and the email I tried sending to you got bounced as the address wasn’t valid.

Great quality and quick delivery
Really good quality sweatshirt feels great. The stitching is of a high standard too. Delivery was surprisingly fast I expected it to take longer than it did. Well worth the money.
